Ipswich see off Birmingham - end of season news

Ipswich completed a 3-1 win over Birmingham to secure their Championship status for what's set to be their 12th consecutive season in the second-tier of English football. The Blues visit Burnley for their last game of the season.

Colchester secured safety in League One after they beat Carlisle United although Scunthorpe were relegated despite winning. 

Southend will play in League Two after missing out on the play-offs although will feel they have a decent season, reaching the FA Cup Second Round and being runners-up in the JPT Final at Wembley, in which they lost 2-0 to Crewe.

Chelmsford secured a play-off position and will face Salisbury in the home leg on Tuesday. AFC Sudbury finished their non-league season 17th.
