Feature match: Ipswich v Hull
This afternoon, promotion chasing Hull City will be travelling to Ipswich, looking to take all three points to keep their promotion hopes high. They are six points behind league leaders Cardiff who host Nottingham Forest. Ipswich will be without McGoldrick with his loan spell up while Wordsworth and Martin are hoping to return to action. Hull defender Hobbs is set to return with Fryatt also searching for a start.
Leagues One and Two:
In League One, Colchester travel to Nottingham to mid-table Notts County with the U's hoping to pick up points to secure safety. Sears classed as fit for the U's (knee injury) with Porter available again following his three match ban.
Southend, in League Two, host Bristol Rovers who should be safe following the arrival of former Colchester boss John Ward. The Gas are one point ahead of the Shrimpers but look set to bounce back following their 4-1 defeat to Bradford during the week. Youngsters Mitch Pinnock and Seedy Njie are set to be included for the Blues.
Non-league action:
Braintree host high flying Mansfield in their last home fixture of the season with the Stags on 89 pts and top of the league table. If the visitors win today, they will be confirmed as the Conference champions. Chelmsford, in the South division, host mid-table Eastbourne who are 15 points behind the Clarets in 15th place. Sudbury are the visitors to Essex side Brentwood Town who have lost their last three games, picking up only four points. Sudbury have had a poor form recently, picking up four points in eight games.
