Ipswich are set to visit Stevenage, Colchester to play Peterborough and Southend to host Yeovil in the first round of the Capital One Cup.
The draw for the opening round was made this morning (Mon 17th), with the new season fixtures to be released on Wednesday (9am).
Ipswich will travel to Stevenage with the game to be played on the week commencing August 5. Boro finished 18th in League One last season, ending the campaign under the leadership of Graham Westley who returned to the club to replace Gary Smith.
League One Colchester United will entertain Peterborough United who were relegated from the Championship last season.
Southend have been drawn at home to Yeovil Town with the match set to be played at Roots Hall
