The Tiptree based company were sponsors of the U's gold away shirt for the 2012/13 season and have extended their association by being sponsors for the highly popular new white and gold kit.
The new away shirt will make its debut at the opening league game against Gillingham this Saturday, and will be available for fans to buy from 5pm on Wednesday evening.
"We are delighted that JobServe will again adorn the away shirts as the team take on the challenges of League One this season," U's General Manager Tim Waddington said.
"JobServe have been hugely supportive of the club over recent years and we are pleased to be taking their name with us around the country over the coming nine or ten months. There is a great deal of positivity around the club at the moment and we're as excited as the fans are about the coming season.
"The JobServe logo completes what is a very classy away shirt and we're sure that it will be a big seller this season."
