Sudbury lose as Clarets draw - Midweek report 21.8.13

Chelmsford drew 2-2 with Concord Rangers on Monday night as Maldon took the points in a late winner against Sudbury.

McLeod's late goal for Maldon saw them take the three points after Sudbury came from behind to level the scores at 2-2.

Jack Stevenson's penalty after 10 minutes gave Maldon the lead before Berquez's 31st minute strike from set play gave the hosts a 2-0 lead going into half-time.

In the second half, Clark pulled a goal back for Sudbury after 55 minutes. James Baker equalized for the Yellows to bring Sudbury back into the game.

But Kevin McLeod's 85th minute goal saw Maldon take the win late on.

Concord came from behind to pick up a point as they drew 2-2 with the Clarets.

Hallett gave Rangers the lead with a 11th minute strike.

The Clarets then scored two goal in two minutes: firstly, Goulding converted a 17th minute penalty before Long gave the Clarets the lead.

Minutes before half-time, Eastford brought Concord back into the match, score four minutes before the interval.
