Colchester are set to face a West Ham development squad in a friendly at the Colchester Community Stadium, with kick-off at 7pm.Marcus Bean will return; Bean has missed the past couple of games due to a knock but returns to action ahead of Sunday's clash against Coventry.
Mark Cousins and Josh Thompson will also be keen to get some match time under their belts as they look to catch the manager's eye.
