Championship strugglers Sheffield Wednesday came from behind to draw at home to Ipswich.
The Owls went behind when Ipswich caught the hosts on the break. Paul Anderson gave the visitors a 12th-minute lead from David McGoldrick's cross.
Wednesday replied two minutes later, however, as Reda Johnson's cross was headed back by Atdhe Nuhiu at the far post and Antonio's header beat Dean Gerken.
Ipswich's Cole Skuse and Wednesday's Jermaine Johnson both hit the woodwork but neither side could claw out a winner.
Colchester 0-3 Wolves
A brace from Leigh Griffiths helped Wolves to a comfortable victory at Colchester.
Griffiths opened the scoring from the penalty spot after Matt Doherty had been tripped by Matt Taylor in the box. And he doubled the lead from close range, after James Henry's cut-back.
Kevin Doyle fired in a third from close range and Wolves keeper Carl Ikeme saved Freddie Sears' penalty, awarded after he fouled Marcus Bean.
Oxford United 0-2 Southend
First-half goals from Conor Clifford and Luke Prosser earned Southend victory at Oxford United.
Clifford opened the scoring with a strike from outside the box and Prosser doubled their lead with a close-range header from Kevan Hurst's free kick.
Oxford pushed to get back in the game, but Daniel Bentley saved headers from James Constable and Michael Raynes.
Southend could have increased their lead, but Ryan Clarke saved well from Cauley Woodrow.
Hyde 0-3 Braintree
Braintree climbed up to third in the table as they beat struggling Hyde 3-0.
The Iron broke the deadlock when Strutton pounced on a poor pass by Will Haining before slotting home.
Strutton doubled their advantage when a Sam Habergham free-kick was nodded down to the striker by substitute Jordan Cox and he made no mistake from 12 yards.
Cox then got his name on the scoresheet with a neat swivel and shot.
Chelmsford 1-0 Bath
Edman's first half strike saw his Chelmsford side beat Bath by a narrow 1-0 lead. The game's pivotal moments came in the closing five minutes of the first half as the hosts struck what turned out to be the winning goal.
Two minutes later, Aaron Brown tangled with Davis and picked up Bath's first red card since January 2012.
Although Bath battled hard to overcome their man disadvantage it was the Clarets who understandably looked the more likely to add to the scoring after the break as they struck the frame of the goal on no less than five occasions.
Pratt forced an excellent save from hosts keeper Pentney a couple of minutes from time but the win lifts Chelmsford up to 17th.
Sudbury 2-0 Worthing
Two first half goals from Sudbury saw them beat Ryman South side Worthing 2-0 in the FA Trophy Preliminary Round.
Pamment (Worthing) and Baker (Sudbury, hamstring) both had to be taken off following injuries they picked up in the opening 15 minutes.
The Yellows took the lead 7 minutes later (21') when Thompson stabbed home after Swatman's original shot was cleared by Worthing. Within five minute, the Yellows had a two-goal lead when Swatman crossed a ball which fell towards a Worthing defender who tapped the ball past keeper Lehkyi.
Worthing started to wake up after the break but it was the Yellows who kept a clean sheet to send them into the First Round of the Trophy.
