Sudbury midfielder Dave Cowley has signed an extension of his contract this weekend, keeping him at the club until 2015.
The Supporters Player of the Year for 2012-13 season has extended his stay until the end of the 2014-2015 season.
Manager David Batch told the club website: "We don’t want a revolving door of players, but a settled squad that can develop and improve together with the occasional addition is the way I believe we will achieve success."
The former Wroxham boss continued: "We have had quite a bit of movement in the first three months of the season, because we wanted to make sure that we have the right group to start with."
"Dave’s signature means that both sides have more security and can plan accordingly."
The midfielder has scored twice in 15 starts and four substitution appearances since his debut in July 2012.
