Ipswich 1-0 Bolton Wanderers
Sky Bet Championship - Att: 15,429 (392 away) - Ref: Charles Breakspear

McGoldrick’s second-half penalty secured Ipswich Town a 1-0 home win over struggling Bolton.

The Blues striker – who had failed to score his previous two spot-kick attempts – fired the ball in after the 55th minute, in what turned out to be the winning goal of the game.

McGoldrick had won the penalty too, inexplicably dragged to the ground by keeper Andy Lonergan after the alert front man had forced him to spill the ball following a bout of head tennis in the box.

An incident involving a head injury to Cole Skuse stopped play in the first half, with the Ipswich man leaving the field with the help from the club’s medical staff.

Dover Athletic 2-2 Chelmsford
Skrill South - Att: 811  - Ref: Constantine Hazidakis

Two goals in the second-half helped Chelmsford come from two-goals down to gain a 2-2 draw with Dover Athletic.

The Whites took a 1-0 lead through Cogan's chip over Clarets keeper Pentney before former City player Goulding made it 2-0 at the second attempt.

Smith's header from Lock's corner fell underneath the crossbar before St Aimee nodded in a late Lock corner to give the Clarets' a deserved equaliser.
