Southend have signed Liverpool defender Jakub Sokolik on a youth loan until the end of the season.Jakub will wear the number 35 shirt and is available to play in tonight's game.
The Czech centre-back arrived at Anfield from Banik Ostrava in the 2009-10 season.
During the 2011-12 season, despite suffering injury problems, Sokolik appeared for the U18s side in numerous fixtures and has featured for the U21's this season.
