Ipswich saw their play-off hopes dented as they fell to a 3-1 defeat away at Watford.The Blues remain in eighth position, behind Reading on goal-difference and a point away from sixth-placed Brighton, with Town boss Mick McCarthy saying his side can still make the play-offs.
The Hornets took a first-half lead through Albert Riera's curling effort past Dean Gerkin. However, Anthony Wordsworth levelled from close range after half-time.
But two goals in three minutes with Gabriele Angella's header and Lewis McGugan's strike saw Watford secure the points.
Watford meanwhile are also on a play-off chase of their own, and are sitting five points away from sixth place.

Staines Town dented Chelmsford's Skrill South league status, as the Clarets lost 3-1 at Wheatsheaf Park.The result means the Clarets are four points away from Maidenhead United who currently occupy 20th position - the first relegation position, ahead of Tonbridge Angels in 21st (both on 39 pts). Dorchester Town are relegated, in 22nd position on 30 points.
The result also means that Chelmsford go into Monday's game at home to 21st place Tonbridge Angels meaning a defeat could drag them even closer to the relegation zone.
The hosts rallied into a two-goal lead after goals from Louie-Rae Beadle (17) and Louie Theophanous (33) after the opening half-hour.
Luke Callander pulled a goal back for the visitors as he finished with a well-timed effort.
Staines were looking to increase the home side's advantage as Louis-Rae Beadle went down in the penalty area after being fouled by Smith.
Town captain Sanchez Ming stepped up and converted the spot-kick. to confirm the win for the hosts with the 71st minute penalty.
After the final whistle, Chelmsford's Kieron St Aimie was sent off and Luke Callander booked by the referee following a mass brawl that occured on the pitch.

Two goals from James Akintunde helped AFC Sudbury to a 2-1 win over title-chasers VCD Athletic.
The result means the Yellows helped Witham edge closer to the Ryman North title, as VCD drop down to second place (in the first play-off spot) and letting Witham leapfrog them into first.
Sudbury remain in eighth and are guaranteed a top 12 finish - a dramatic boost after finishing 17th position last season.
On the pitch, and the Yellows raced into a 2-0 lead courtesy of a brace from James Akintunde - his first goals since joining on loan from Cambridge United.
VCD pulled a goal back through James Duckworth but the hosts were unable to convert any more chances past AFC keeper Alex Archer, who had a easy game.
