The Football Leauge have announced the seedings for the draw of the first round of the Capital One Cup.The draw for the first round of the Football League Cup will be made at 10am next Tuesday, 17th June.
The seedings are based on final league positions and regional location of teams (split between north and south of the country).
First round ties will be played in the week commencing 11th August, with dates subject to change for television/radio broadcasts.
Ipswich are seeded as number 8, while Colchester and Southend are unseeded, as 22 and 34 respectively.
