Ipswich winger becomes first summer signing

Alex Henshaw has signed for Ipswich Town as a free agent, last being at Manchester City, becoming Mick McCarthy's first signing of the summer.

The Winger has put pen to paper on a two-year deal, joining as a free agent.

The 20-year-old player spent time on loan at Portman Road last season, on loan from Manchester City but was yet to make his debut, despite being named on the bench several times.

He has also been capped at international level, playing for England at U16 and U17 level.
