AFC Sudbury unveil new kit, as Yellows beat Tilbury

AFC Sudbury wore their new strip on Saturday, as the Yellows ran out 4-0 winners against struggling Tilbury, making it five matches unbeaten.

The Yellows wore their new shirt which had the letters 'CWJQ' printed on the front, with the sponsor remaining anonymous.

The first team will be sponsored by this friend of the club for the next ten years.

For the match, Henshaw's powerful header from Hervel's corner to give AFC the lead in the 19th minute.

Yiga's headed home from Wilkinson's long throw into the back doubling the advantage for the hosts, several minutes later.


Yiga, once again, headed home, this time from Hervel's corner, made it 3-0, before Clarke fired home from close range to complete the rout for the Yellows.

Elsewhere, AFC's Reserves lost 2-0 to fellow-strugglers Cornard United in the Thurlow Nunn First Division.
