A second half header from Daryl Murphy helped promotion searching Ipswich earn a draw with fellow promotion-searchers AFC Bournemouth.
An excellent finish from Yann Kermorgant put the hosts ahead after two minutes. Christophe Berra and Luke Chambers both saw their headers go wide at the end of the first half.
Town got back into the match from the restart, as Mings' cross met Teddy Bishop, who smashed the ball home, to earn him his first senior goal.
But Bournemouth were back in front a few minutes later, as Matt Richie fired home past Bialkowski.
Murphy equalised with a header from Paul Anderson's free kick in the 76th minute, to earn Ipswich a point, and send them up to 4th in the table.
Colchester 0-1 Coventry City

A late strike from Gary Madine saw Coventry City overcome Colchester, winning by a 1-0 scoreline.
The hosts had several chances: a corner in the 24th minute saw recent signing George Moncur strike just wide of goal, while Sanchez Watt saw his 37th minute free kick saved by Allsop.
Gary Madine struck a left footed effort from close range past Sam Walker, to score the only goal of the match for the Sky Blues.
Ipswich loanee Frank Nouble could have doubled City's lead, but he saw his close range effort inside the box blocked.
Tranmere Rovers 1-2 Southend

Southend recorded a third consecutive league victory, as they beat second-bottom side Tranmere 2-1, to continue their push for promotion, and move up to fifth.
Two goals in seven minutes gave Southend the advantage early on: The first goal came as a deep cross met Worrall who nodded the ball back to Payne, who tapped home.
The Shrimpers doubled their lead seven minutes later as Worrall's 25-yard effort as blocked by Rovers goalkeeper Brezovan, with the loose ball deflected home by Aimson.
A second half spot kick, by Max Power, pulled a goal back for the hosts, after Fenelon was pulled down.
AFC Telford Utd 1-3 Braintree

Three first half goals helped Braintree beat AFC Telford, who remain bottom of the Conference.
Charlie Strutton scored from 18 yards out to beat Freddie Hall, and put the Iron ahead, before a 38th minute volley increased the lead.
Sean Marks put the hosts 3-0 up at half time, with a close range finish, before Tony Gray netted a consolation goal for the hosts.
AFC Sudbury 2-1 Cray Wanderers

Two goals in the final 15 minutes helped AFC Sudbury come from behind to beat Cray Wanderers 2-1 in the Ryman North.
Wanderers took the lead in the 22nd minute against the run of play, as Shaun Welford make a solo run and finished past Marcus Garnham.
Scott Kemp picked out substitute Corey Davidson, who fired the ball home past Behcet, in the 76th minute.
And four minutes later, Sudbury completed the comeback, as Kris Newby's flick-on met Ben Robinson, who volleyed the ball home from close range.
