Ipswich Town have announced that defender Tyrone Mings has joined Premier League side AFC Bournemouth.
The deal, an undisclosed fee which was previously hinted at £8 million, will also see Cherries midfielder Ryan Frazer join Town on a season-long loan deal.
As part of a separate deal, Town have signed striker Brett Pitman, from Bournemouth, singing a three-year deal at Portman Road.
Pitman, who has an option of a further year, has previously been at Bristol City, and appeared for Bournemouth over 270 times.
Mings joined Portman Road in 2012, from non-league club Chippenham Town, for £10,000. The defender was at Southampton's academy.
Frazer joins from Bournemouth, who helped the Cherries earn League One and the Championship promotion.
