AFC will host the Essex side, who were Jamie Godbold's first opponents as Sudbury manager last season, when the Yellows ran out 1-0 winners, courtesy of a goal from Ryan Henshaw.
The 12th-placed Essex side will go into today's game on the back of a 1-0 defeat away at Cheshunt on Saturday, while AFC look to grab their seventh consecutive win, following a 2-1 home victory over Witham Town.
AFC Sudbury Reserves travel to Woodbridge Town today, in the Thurlow Nunn First Division.
Team News:
Midfielder Sam Bantick will be available for the Yellows, after arriving from Concord Rangers earlier this week. The 24-year-old was part of Brentwood's play-off winning campaign last season.
Craig Parker will be unavailable, due to family commitments, while James Axcell and Wayne Blackman are expected to be away with the AFC Reserves.
Darren Mills looks to be unavailable for The Jammers, after being sent off on his debut at Cheshunt last weekend.
