AFC youngsters feature as Suffolk U18s win in FA County Cup

Four members of the AFC Sudbury squad played for the Suffolk Under-18s today, as they won 2-0 against Worcestershire FA in the second round of the FA County Youth Cup.

AFC Sudbury assistant boss Andy Reynolds managed the Suffolk side to the win, in a team that featured AFC's Wayne Blackman, Stefano Mallardo, James Axcell and James Baughurst.

Haverhill Rovers' Tyrone Alleyne put the visitors ahead, after James Axcell saw his shot spilled by Worcestershire keeper Adam Westbury.

After the break, AFC's James Axcell saw his penalty saved by Droitwich Spa's Westbury, before Hadleigh United's George Mrozek headed Suffolk into a 2-0 lead.
