Ollie Dunlop scored an 89th minute winning goal to help the home beat their 10-man Norfolk visitors at a rain swept Wardale Williams Stadium.
Yarmouth had the earliest effortsof the match, with Leighton Crux seeing his shot in the fifth minute cleared off the line by Reece White, after home goalkeeper Louis Johnson was unable to claim the ball. The resulting corner was handled by Yarmouth’s Ady Ager, and the referee awarded a free-kick to the home side.
Sean Perfect had a shot blocked by Louis Johnson in the seventh minute, while Wayne Blackman saw his corner go out for a goal kick, at the other end.
The Norfolk visitors continued to pressure the home side – Mitch Forbes had a cross headed away by Sam Mills. Forbes then saw a through-ball, played into the path of Perfect, marked offside.
