Ipswich Town manager Mick McCarthy and striker Daryl Murphy have both won the Sky Bet Championship awards for Manager of the Month and Player of the Month for November.McCarthy led the Tractor Boys to three wins and a draw in November, while Murphy netted six times for the Blues, including a hat-trick at Rotherham.
McCarthy beat Aitor Karanka (Middlesbrough), Chris Hughton (Brighton) and Paul Clement (Derby) to pick up the win.
Murphy beat goalkeeper Scott Carson (Derby) and midfielders Alex Mowatt (Leeds) and Solly March (Brighton).
It was the second time in over a year the Blues have earned a double award for a single month - McCarthy and Tyrone Mings achieved the same feat in September 2014.
