AFC Sudbury will be guaranteed a minimum of a play-off spot this afternoon, if they pick up at least a draw against Aveley.
Date: Saturday 19th March 2016
Competition: Ryman Division One North
Kick-Off: 3:00pm
Location: Mill Field, Aveley
Jamie Godbold's side sit top of the Ryman North table, nine points clear of second-placed Thurrock, as the season reaches the final seven stages.
The Yellows have scored 11 goals in their last three fixtures; A 5-1 thumping of Redbridge at the end of February was followed by a 1-1 draw at Hornchurch. Last Saturday, the Yellows ran out 5-1 winners against Great Wakering Rovers.
The Millers go into the match on the back of two consecutive wins against promotion searching Hornchurch (2-1, away) and Bury Town (3-2, home).
Godbold will be without captain Sam Clarke and Jamie Baker, who are both suspended, while George Clarke is out with a leg injury.
The Yellows comfortably ran out 3-1 winners against Aveley, in this season's reverse fixture in December, with Joe Maybanks, Craig Parker and Luke Callander all collecting a goal each.
Reserve Team: AFC Sudbury Reserves take the long trip to Norfolk to face Kings Lynn Town Res in the Thurlow Nunn League.
