Striker Lee Barnard joins the Essex side from Crawley Town.
The 31-year-old Tottenham youngster graduated through the academy at White Hart Lane, before going on to play for Southend United and Southampton.
Midfielder Craig Braham-Barrett has signed from fellow Vanarama National League rivals Dover Athletic.
The 27-year-old left-winger started his career at Charlton Athletic, before playing for Peterborough United and Macclesfield Town. His non-league career includes stints at Woking and Whitehawk.
The Iron have yet to announce their third signing, who has joined from a Championship club.
