Portsmouth defender Adam Webster has become Mick McCarthy's first signing of the summer, as he joins Ipswich Town for an undisclosed fee.
The English U19 international joins Town, with Ipswich academy product Matt Clarke heading to the League Two club as part of the deal.
Webster has clocked up over 60 appearances for the South Coast side, and has been heavily linked with Town over the past few weeks.
Clarke, who played on loan at Pompey 22 times last term, has clocked up four appearances in a Town first-team shirt.
