AFC Sudbury will welcome a Colchester United XI to the Wardale-Williams Stadium in July.
The sides will meet in a friendly on Saturday 16th July (3pm kickoff).John McGreal is expected to bring members from his first-team U's squad to meet the Ryman North champions.
The two sides previously met in a pre-season friendly in July 2014, with the Yellows giving a good account of themselves in a 4-1 defeat. Ollie Hughes scored for the Suffolk hosts, but goals from Freddie Sears, Drey Wright, Sammie Szmodics and Dan Holman gave the visitors a comfortable win.
