Southend United have signed defender Jakub Sokolik on a five-month deal, following a successful pre-season trial.The 22-year-old returns to the club following two previous loan spells at Roots Hall in 2014.
The Czech player was part of the Liverpool youth academy between 2009 and 2013, but was unable to break it into the first team.
Sokolik had a successful two year period at Yeovil Town, making 45 appearances and scoring once.
