Jimmy Bullard, a former player at Fulham, Wigan, Hull and Ipswich, was appointed manager in mid-September, and was looking forward to manage the club.
Ryan Henshaw will be missing for the Yellows today, as he serves the first match of his three-ban suspension following a dismissal vs Harlow Town last week.
Former Football League player David Norris could appear for Leatherhead, after signing for the club this week.
The Surrey club sit in 22nd, taking seven points from their opening ten matches. Sudbury, meanwhile, have taken fifteen points from as many matches, and sit in 7th.
Both sides were defeated in midweek, and will look to bounce back to winning ways - Sudbury were defeated to Suffolk neighbours Leiston, with Leatherhead losing 0-1 to Staines Town.
