The Middlesex based visitors travel to the Brundon Lane club on the back of a 2-0 win over Dulwich Hamlet - Brandon Adams scoring twice.
Sudbury also cruised to victory in their last match, as they dispatched Bowers & Pitsea 4-0 in the FA Trophy, to book a second-qualifying round match with Romford.
'The Swans' sit 10th in the Ryman League table, having played an additional game compared to Sudbury's 15 games; the Yellows sit in 15th.
Luke Callander is returning to full fitness and could feature, although Anthony Furlonge is still injured.
The two sides have never met previously.
