AFC Sudbury midfielder Sam Bantick has left the Ryman Premier club by mutual consent.

His departure was announced on the club website last night, with manager Jamie Godbold admitting he was disappointed to lose the midfielder.

Bantick's second stint at AFC Sudbury comes to an end after re-joining last summer, netting 13 times in 48 appearances.

The former VCD Athletic, Brentwood and Concord Rangers player originally joined the club in September 2015, and has played 56 games for the Yellows in total.

Good luck to Sam.
