Craig Parker was awarded the Ownership Award, Liam Wales received the Respect Award, the Excellence Award was picked up by Adam Tann, while defender Jack Wilkinson received the Commitment Award.
These new awards reflected the management and directors' twelve-month future plan.
Brian Andrews was presented with the Club Person Of the Year award for his non-stop work at the club.
For the Ladies, Charly Roach and Mia Etheridge picked up 'Most Improved Player' awards, Megan Partridge was named Players' Player Of The Year while Clive Golding picked Sophie Jeffery as the Manager's Player Of The Year. The Emma Holloway Awarded was presented to Marie Seabrook, by Emma's mother.
James Baker picked up the Supporters' Player Of The Year, while Colin Barnes received the Supporters Club Merit Award for his behind-the-scenes work at the club.
Club chairman Phil Turner thanked the volunteers for their hard work over the season, including mentions to volunteer coordinator Laura Maxim, retiring club director John Smith, Jan Crosbie and Karen Robinson (hospitality).
There were also mentions to the club's Academy, ladies team and sponsors throughout the evening.
