Thurlow Nunn League: AFC Sudbury Reserves learn 2017-18 opponents

AFC Sudbury Reserves have learned their opponents for the 2017-18 Thurlow Nunn League season, as leagues are revealed.



The Reserve side will remain in the Thurlow Nunn First Division, and will face new sides Little Oakley, Spixworth, Norwich Utd Reserves and Swaffham Town.

Spixworth, who are 8 miles north of Norwich, were promoted from the Anglian Combination League, having previously been known as Spixworth United, AFC Norwich, and Norwich Union.

Essex side Little Oakley were promoted from the Essex & Suffolk Border League, and are based just outside Harwich.

Norwich United are also set to send a reserve team into the league, while Swaffham return to the division following relegation from the Premier Division.

AFC will no longer face Coggeshall Town, Haverhill Borough and Stowmarket Town following their promotions to the Premier Division.
