AFC Sudbury Academy defender Alfie Carroll has signed a one-year contract with the Sudbury first team.
The 19-year-old full-back, who made nine first team appearances last season, has played for Sudbury's multiple Academy sides, and gained senior experience from playing in the Thurlow Nunn First Division.
Carroll previously played for the youth teams of East Bergholt, Haverhill Rovers and Halstead Town, and has penned a one-year deal for Jamie Godbold's side.
Carroll becomes the fourth Academy product to receive a first-team deal after Ollie Dunlop, Mekhi McKenzie and Joe Wright all signed deals last month.
