The EFL has announced the 16 academy teams, who will take part in the upcoming season's EFL Trophy.
Premier League champions Chelsea will return to the competition, along with fellow top-flight slides Brighton, Everton, Stoke, Leicester, Swansea, West Brom and West Ham.
Blackburn, Derby, Norwich and Wolves will no longer be participating in this season's tournament, with Fulham, Man City, Newcastle and Tottenham filling those places.
Again, the invited academy teams must name 'six players under the age of 21' in their starting line-up.
An EFL meeting earlier this year confirmed that the new format with the academy teams would continue.
