The first round of the Football League Cup will be drawn on Friday 16th July, from Thailand - the home country of new sponsors Carabao Energy.
The draw will be streamed live online from 1pm on skysports.com, iFollow, and Facebook.
The first round of Carabao Cup matches scheduled for the week commencing August 7th, 2017.
The EFL have also announced that the draw would be regionalised to minimize travel.
