Ipswich have signed defender Dominic Iorfa on loan from Wolverhampton Wanderers until the end of the season.
The 22-year-old was an Academy graduate at Molineux, and has played 13 games for the England U21s.
The right back, who can also play center-half, had a brief loan spell at Shrewsbury in 2013.
He started his career in his hometown of Southend before moving to the Midlands club
Meanwhile, striker Brett Pitman has joined League One side Portsmouth on an undisclosed fee, while Josh Emmanuel and Kieffer Moore have joined Rotherham on loan.
