AFC overcame Mildenhall 4-2 at the Recway on Tuesday, while Chipstead defeated Littlehampton Town 4-0 at Chipstead's ground.
The Chips have yet to win a league game all season, their sole win coming over Horley Town in the Preliminary Round of the FA Cup - a similar record to the Yellows.
Chipstead finished 20th in the Ryman South last season.
Meanwhile, Braintree Town will face Royston Town in the same stage.
