Cowley and Mills depart AFC



AFC Sudbury striker Adam Mills has joined Bostik Premier side Needham Market, while midfielder David Cowley has been released.

Mills signed for AFC during the summer from Bostik North rivals Maldon & Tiptree, and went on to score 11 goals for the Yellows in 13 games.  The forward returns to his former side.


Dave Cowley has departed the club at the end of his third spell. He joined the Suffolk club from Thurrock, also during the summer. He scored two competitive goals in his latest spell - against Mildenhall  and Aveley.



AFC have also announced the arrivals of strikers Jamie Eaton-Collins and Jake Clowsley.

Jamie Eaton-Collins joins AFC from National League South side Concord Rangers. The 21-year-old was a youth product of Norwich City,


Former Brighlingsea Regent and FC Clacton forward Jake Clowsley becomes the second new signing by Mark Morsley.

Both players are available to feature for AFC in their FA Trophy clash at home to Aylesbury United tomorrow (Saturday).
