AFC Sudbury begin their festive Christmas schedule on Saturday, when they welcome Norfolk based Dereham Town to the Kings Marsh Stadium for their Bostik North fixture.

The Yellows go into the match on the back of a 1-1 home draw with Hertford Town on Tuesday, with Ollie Peters scoring late to secure a point for AFC.

4th-placed Dereham have yet to play a match since December 9th, when they were defeated 3-0 at home to Bowers & Pitsea. They have picked up only a point in their previous five outings.

August's reverse fixture saw Dereham take a 2-0 win at Aldiss Park - Ashley Jarvis and Daniel Beaumont were on the scoresheet.

Mark Morsley boosted his squad this week, with the addition of attacking midfielder Ryan Horne who joins from St Neots who trained with the team on Thursday. Striker Max Booth is expected to have recovered from his knock he picked up last week.

Sudbury's christmas schedule will see them travel to Mildenhall (26th Dec) and Aveley (30th Dec), before facing Bury Town (1st Jan) in the New Year.
